唐明凤，法国知识与创新的经济管理专业博士，西南财经大学工商管理学院副教授，博士生导师，中法创新研究中心创始人兼主任，法国斯特拉斯堡经济理论与应用研究所研究员。 唐博士同时兼任“African Journal of Science, Technology, Innovation and Development” 和“La Revue Interntionale de Projectique” 国际学术期刊学术委员会评委。

学习经历：

1996年毕业于辽宁大学，获取国际金融专业学士学位。

2000年获取法国斯特拉斯堡第一大学货币与金融专业法国旧制硕士学位。

2002年获取法国勒阿弗尔大学欧洲与亚洲的国际贸易专业硕士学位。

2004年获取法国斯特拉斯堡第一大学知识与创新的经济与管理专业硕士学位。

2008年获取该专业的博士学位。

研究方向：科技政策与创新管理、知识与技术转移、创新与创业、网络信息管理等。
