人物简介

邵宁生,男,1965年2月14日出生,军事医学科学院基础医学研究所研究员,博士研究生导师,生物化学研究室主任。

兼任北京市生物化学与分子生物学学会副理事长,中国生物化学与分子生物学学会RNA专业委员会委员;中国生物医药产业协会委员;《生物化学与生物物理进展》杂志、《中国实验血液学》杂志、《生理科学进展》、《医学分子生物学杂志》编委。

简历

1992年军事医学科学院基础医学研究所获博士学位;

1995年7月-1998年4月美国Thomas Jefferson大学和Allegheny大学博士后;

2003以后任职军事医学科学院。

主要研究方向

1. 非编码RNA结构与功能研究,主要是miRNA在生命过程及重大疾病发生发展过程中的功能研究。

2. 随机生物文库技术包括随机肽库技术及SELEX技术在重大疾病及传染性病原微生物诊断和治疗方面的应用基础研究。

3. 革兰氏阳性菌毒素产生及其调控机制的研究,这方面的研究对认识革兰氏阳性菌感染的防治具有重要意义。

科研著述与获奖情况

先后承担和参加国家“973”课题、国家“863” 课题、国家自然科学基金两地模式项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目共计20余项。申请国家发明专利10余项,已经获得授权5项,申请国际PCT专利4项。在国内外专业杂志发表研究论文及综述90余篇,其中国外SCI杂志发表研究论文30余篇。参编学术专著和译著7部。获北京科技进步二等奖2项(2003,2008)。

4. 国家“863”基金课题:致病微生物aptamer特征谱技术的建立及其应用,2006-2008;

5. 国家基金面上课题:体外micoRNA 模型的建立及microRNA对靶mRNA翻译阻抑机制的研究,2005-2007。
