CDI上采国际设计集团 香港神采设计建筑装饰总公司于1988年成立于香港，发展至今已在香港及中国组建了专业的建筑规划、装饰设计、施工及管理企业，为更好的为我们尊贵的客户服务，我们以规划设计为主业，不断发展新业务，并于2006年成立CDI上采国际设计集团，旗下拥有规划设计公司、室内设计公司、建筑工程公司、商贸、木材经营等多项产业。我们的成立，是为能在日益更新变化的中国，始终可以为高端客户提供高品质的专业规划设计及施工服务。我们的创始人蔡文亮先生早年留学美国，回港后受聘于喜来登酒店集团任设计总监，为北京长城饭店、上海华亭宾馆等作开业前的设计规划。这些酒店作为中国最早的中外合资五星级酒店，在当时也曾改变了一代国人的价值取向，其设计规划的品质虽历经时间磨砺但经久不衰，成为名声显赫的地标性建筑。在竞争如此激烈今日，更不断有客户为等待蔡先生的定制设计而耐心等待着。蔡文亮先生以诚恳务实及为客户负责的态度，亲自处理每一个工程项目，为提升中国及周边地区室内外环境而不懈努力着。而我们的核心工作人员则是一班与公司一起奋斗超过十年的专业精英，公司亦不断吸纳杰出人才，使公司在稳定的基础上又不乏新意和活力。在公司不断发展的过程中，中国的建筑业也正经历着翻天覆地的变化，与此共同成长的亦是我们在实践过程中积累的丰富经验。对于别墅、商业办公、酒店的规划设计及室内装潢我们有着同行所难以企及的经验与强大资源。CDI上采国际设计集团愿竭力为我们的尊贵客户服务，为提升中国的建筑装潢实力而不断努力。 Established in 1986,HongKong corporate design & consultants provides the wide range of specialist services from architectural design,Interior fitting-out to project management. The company has been particularly active inShangHai,ShanXi,NingBo,TaiZhou,providing a cost-effective presence for CDC in a rapidly expanding china market. CDC has worked extensively in china on a wide variety of projects,including international standard hotels,large scale department stores,banks,theme restaurants and residential homes. We have quality assurance managers in each division.This commitment combined with our professional attitude and unique blend of design and engineering skills provide us with the confidence to handle virtually any type of interior decoration projects. Our principle is to put one of our project managers in charge of each new project,thus to provide a” Person to Person Client Service”.With this attitude we can only choose a very few,a few of the best projects to work on,making sure to carry out the best sevices to our clients in the region.

集团构成

上采设计集团由香港神采设计装饰工程有限公司、上海上齐设计装饰工程有限公司、上海上采建筑规划设计有限公司、上海裳齐商贸有限公司、上海柏侯氏木业有限公司等几家公司组成。
