Can't Take My Eyes Off You是一首翻唱比较频繁的老歌，令人惊叹的是，其版本涵盖了众多音乐流派，从 Rock n Roll，到 Motown R&B 和 Disco，再到Brit Pop、Punk Rock、Jazz、Pop Dance、Hip Hop……以至于虽然全部是相同的旋律、相同的歌词，一口气听完二十个版本却浑然不觉厌烦。在各种不同的曲风中，感觉主要有三类比较突出，一类是拉丁抒情的，是恋爱中情侣的倾诉；一类是爵士蓝调的，适合两情人在慢摇吧欢度时光；再一类是摇滚激情的。

八十年代著名的 Disco组合 Boys Town Gang的翻唱也非常有名……甚至知名度超过了被誉为“迪斯科女皇”的 Gloria Gaynor 的翻唱。

Motown 唱片在 70 年代的两大组合Supremes和 The Temptations的翻唱实在有点粗糙，但 Supremes 中 Diana Rose 的声音非常甜美。

Andy Williams 和 Engelbert Humperdinck 分别因为“月亮河”与“最后的圆舞曲”，都成为情歌领域的常青树，他们两人的翻唱有异曲同工之妙，其中 Andy 的版本曾经在奥斯卡获奖影片《猎鹿人》中被反复播放。

Jimmy Somerville 的翻唱走的是 80' Dance 的风格，原本不是很出名，但随着前阵子的电视影集《Queers as Folk》在全美的轰动，被重新混音的 Jimmy Somerville 翻唱一下子成为美国各大 Club 中热门的舞曲。

Muse 的摇滚版本很好听，给这首歌曲一点新鲜的滋味……不过 Track 14 摇滚的最彻底，已经是带有颠覆性的女子朋克了，可惜不知道是哪个乐队唱的。

Lauryn Hill 的 Hip Hop 够街头～～ Morten Harket 则是返朴归真的流行爵士乐风格。

Pet Shop Boys 翻唱的比较离谱，因为他们把两首歌曲串在一起了，当这两个老顽童把“Where the Streets Have No Name”的前半段唱完后，旋律一转，下半段就变成“Can't Take My Eyes Off of You”……

Sheena Easton 是我不熟悉的女歌手，不过嗓音不错，有点拉丁的舞曲风格也挺适合这首歌的…… Hermes House Band 是一名性感女子与两位器乐演奏兼和声的男子组成的流行舞曲组合，前两年他们疯狂翻唱了大量的老歌，而且统统改成火辣辣的舞曲……翻唱的还真不错呢，试听曲目就是 Hermes House Band 的版本！

还有三位来自中国歌手的翻唱—— 其一是张惠妹的，唱得还不错，但后期制作中显然对人声进行了过多的混响处理，反而显得不够热情奔放了；与香港的唱片公司签约的金发美女 SHelly 带来的有一些暧昧的慢板爵士，很温暖；另外一位是台湾音乐人王治平的女儿王若琳，用类似小野丽莎般沙哑的嗓音，有种不同的韵味。香港男歌手黎明也有翻唱。
