人物简历

邱 腾 1979年5月生,教授。2007年7月博士毕业于南京大学物理系凝聚态物理专业。多次赴香港城市大学物理与材料系参与合作研究,主要从事国家优先发展方向硅基纳米半导体发光材料的微结构和发光机理以及贵金属表面增强拉曼散射特性的研究。在Mater. Sci. Eng. R, PRL, Small, APL等国际核心学术期刊发表SCI收录论文40余篇。2008年受聘为Recent Patents on Nanotechnology杂志编委,3rd IEEE International NanoElectronics Conference纳米光电子分会主席。目前承担国家自然科学基金与教育部博士学科点专项科研基金各1项。

2002年6月本科毕业于南京大学基础学科教育学院(现匡亚明学院)理科强化班,获理学学士学位。2007年6月于南京大学物理学系(现物理学院)凝聚态物理专业博士研究生毕业, 获理学博士学位。多次赴香港城市大学物理与材料系参与合作研究。近年来主要从事表面增强光谱的应用研究,在国际核心学术期刊发表SCI收录论文50余篇,现正主持国家和江苏省自然科学基金3项,教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金1项;作为课题组主要成员参与重大军工项目1项,校重大科学研究引导基金1项。2007年应邀为材料类国际顶级学术期刊Materials Science and Engineering R: Reports撰写了综述性封面文章;2008年受聘为Recent Patents on Nanotechnology杂志编委,同年获“985工程”项目近300万基金支持,启动了纳米光电子学研究;2009年入选校优秀青年教师教学科研资助计划;2010年受聘为3 IEEE International NanoElectronics Conference纳米光子学分会主席,Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology特邀编委(Guest Editor, the special issue of Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology for IEEE INEC 2010),同年获德国洪堡基金会资助以洪堡学者身份赴德国莱布尼兹固体材料研究所参与短期合作科研。
