陈年生，男，1967年元月出生，湖北师范学院教授，计算机应用专业博士研究生毕业，获工学博士学位，湖北师范学院学术骨干，硕士研究生导师；IEEE会员，IEEE WCNC、NPC、EUC和ISICA等国际会议论文评阅人。
