用　途：　葡萄糖淀粉酶生产菌种。在印度尼西亚，中国，日本，米根霉被用来发酵生产食品和酒精饮料。

形　态：　菌落疏松，不易挑起。

培　养：　培养基：土豆浸出汁100ml，葡萄糖2g。24℃培养。
