内蒙古众兴煤炭(集团)有限责任公司成立于1995年，是内蒙古自治区60户重点企业，也是20户重点煤炭企业之一， 是以铁矿石、煤炭、有色金属、非金属矿石开采、加工为主业,同时涉猎公路经营、物流、商贸、金融等行业的民营综合集团公司。众兴集团现有总资产31.6亿元人民币，净资产28.8亿元人民币。集团现有八家全资或控股子公司，同时拥有中国神华集团乌海公司3％的股权。所属子公司分布在中国内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市、包头市、阿拉善盟、乌海市、呼伦贝尔市等五盟市及安徽省六安市等地区。企业现有近3000名员工。2008年众兴集团实现销售收入19亿元人民币，净利润7.1亿元人民币。

Total assets reaches up to 3160 million yuan and net assets up to 2880 million yuan，Zhongxing Group consists of 8 wholly-owned or share-holding subsidiary companies, and holds 3% share option of China Shenhua Group Wuhai Company. Its subsidiary companies locate in cities of Bayannao'er,Alashan, Wuhai,Hulunbei'er erea in Inner Mongolia autonomous region as well as Liuan city of AnHui province. Now there are 3000 staffs in Zhongxing groups with 1900 million yuan sale volume and profits reached to 710 million yuan in 2008.
