曹瑾鑫，男，博士/副教授/硕士生导师，1982年4月生于内蒙古呼和浩特。2005年8月毕业于清华大学土木工程系（结构工程），获得工学学士学位；2009年11月毕业于新加坡国立大学土木工程系（交通运输），获得哲学博士学位；2010年1月毕业于清华大学土木工程系（交通运输），获得工学博士学位。现为内蒙古大学交通学院运输工程系副主任（主持工作），学科带头人；教育部高等学校交通运输学科教学指导委员会交通工程教学指导分委员会委员。

主要研究方向为交通运输规划与管理，运筹学，调度理论。 近五年来，已发表交通运输领域学术论文40余篇，其中19篇被SCI（科学引文索引）或EI（工程引文索引）等国际顶级科研论文数据库收录。
