河北益生环保科技有限公司是由河北益康针棉织有限公司出资成立的一家股份制公司，是河北省环境保护产业协会副会长单位，公司注册资金1500万元，下设技术设计中心和产品设备研发中心，技术设计中心主要负责“三废治理”工程项目的设计、咨询、施工、安装和调试等服务，产品设备研发中心主要负责环保设备及水处理填料的研发、改进和实验工作。公司拥有一批高素质及经验丰富的科研、工程技术人员，在册职工36人，正高工5名，高工9名，工程师14名，本科以上学历占96%，著名环保专家王宝贞教授为公司技术顾问及总监。

公司自行研发生产的“益生”牌“辫带式水处理填料”，获得国家级火炬项目证书、 国家重点环境保护实用技术推广项目证书（A类）、河北省优秀新产品一等奖、中国优秀环保装置、中国专利技术博览会金奖，并获得两项发明专利。该填料以其卓越的性能正在得到环保界的认可与重视，该产品已经在国内外得到广泛应用并获得业主们的一致好评。

公司拥有百乐克、SBR、生物接触氧化等多种国内外领先的污水处理设计工艺，其工程技术含量高、运行稳定可靠、费用低、性价比高。经过多年实践与发展，已形成强大的集科研开发、设计制造、推广应用为一体的环保综合性公司。公司还和国内外同行大力合作，引进、吸收了许多先进的设备和技术，在烟气脱硫除尘、固体废弃物综合利用、噪声治理等技术领域取得了新的突破和进展。

Hebei Yisheng Environmental Protection Science and Technology Co.,Ltd is a joint-stock company which is invested and established by Hebei Yikang Knitting and Cotton Co.,Ltd.,and with the registered capital 15 thounds yuan. And the company is the member of Hebei environmental protection industrial association. There are technical design center and production and equipment reseach and development center. Technical design center is mainly take charge of the design,consultation, construction, installation,debugging of “the three wastes” projects. Production and equipment reseach and development center is take charge of the reseach and development,improvement, eperiment of environment protection equipment and water treatment filling. And the company’staff are good diathesis and plenty experience, this staff have 36 members,of which 5 have senior professional titles,9 have deputy professional titles,14 are engineers. And 96% members of the staff are undergraduate course, Doctor Wang baozhen the famous expert of environment protection is the adviser and majordomo of the company.

Reply on the design,consultation, construction, installation,debugging of water treatment and the advanced technology of water treatment both here and abroad, and the particular technology, the support of power technology and the flawless service, the company make some achievement in he design,consultation, construction, installation,debugging of water treatment. The company have many advanced technoligy of water treatment such as “BIOLAK”, “SBR”, “biologic catalytic oxydation” and so on.
