个人简介

博士，南京信息工程大学副教授，副院长。宾州州立SR大学访问学者。中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会灰色系统专业委员会理事，中国运筹学会不确定分会常务理事，中国运筹学会智能计算分会常务理事，中国灾害防御协会风险分析专业委员会会员。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目与面上项目各一项，教育部人文社科基金一项。主要从事气象经济与管理、不确定性决策理论、灰色系统理论、决策分析、气象工程管理、气象灾害风险评价、公共气象服务、模糊评价理论、预测与决策、气象运筹学等方面的研究。Information Science, Soft computing, Int J of Approximate Reasoning, International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems等国际期刊审稿人。在国内外学术期刊、会议发表论文40余篇，出版专著1本，其中SCI 检索7篇。
