释义 | 丁忠仁(1968~), 河南淮滨人。复旦大学上海医学院研究员,博士生导师。美国血液学会(ASH)、国际血栓与止血学会(ISTH)会员。国家自然科学基金心血管药理专业同行评议专家。于1990年、1993年和1998年分别从河南医科大学、中山医科大学分别获得医学学士、硕士和博士学位。 1993年7月- 1995年8月在广州白云山制药总厂药物研究所从事抗生素的新药研发。1998年9月起在北京协和医院从事”纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂1 (PAI-1)多态性的研究”,2000年8月被评为“副研究员”。2000年8月起在在美国天普大学医学院Sol Sherry血栓研究中心从事血小板ADP受体的激活机制和以P2Y12受体为靶点的抗血小板药研究。2007年9月起在复旦大学上海医学院从事科研、教学工作。主要研究血小板激活的机制、抗血小板药作用机理和以P2Y12受体为靶点的抗血小板药的研发。与北京化工大学合作,首次报道了一种同时作用于血小板P2Y12受体和磷酸二酯酶、具有抗血小板活性的全新化合物BF0801。通过对BF0801进行结构改造,得到一种作用机制类似、活性更强的新化合物BF061,其抗血栓活性和氯吡格雷相似(小鼠FeCl3血栓模型),但出血副作用更小。承担国家自然科学基金(面上项目)两项、上海市科委“浦江计划”人才项目一项、科技部新药创制子课题一项, 2008年首批首轮入选“上海高校特聘教授”(东方学者)。 近年来发表的文章: 1.
