协会将以“三个代表”重要思想为指导，以促进和谐社会为宗旨，以弘扬中国传统文化、扩大对外文化艺术交流为目的。

坚持“以人为本”，实现以文化搭桥、艺术交友、提倡“百花齐放、百家争鸣”，主张文化艺术产业的多样化和包容性。团结社会各界美术家、美术工作者和美术爱好者，面向世界、面向未来，扩大对外书画艺术交流，繁荣中国文化产业和美术事业，活跃文化艺术市场，推进和提高全民文化素养，促进和谐社会。

本协会遵守中华人民共和国宪法及各项法律，尊重社会道德，树立“八荣八耻”观，按照“三个代表”重要思想和本协会章程自身特点积极主动开展文化、艺术、交流和社会活动。

Introduction of China Artist Communion Association

China Artist Communion Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”) was registered and founded in Hong Kong of China in 2006. The Association serves as a bridge and tie to connect the Artists, calligraphic workers and calligraphy fans from Mainland China, Hong Kong of China, Macao of China, Taiwan of China and other parts of the world. The Association is a new force for prospering and communicating Chinese cultural industry (art cause) and developing advanced culture, a social organization connecting Artists, calligraphic workers, calligraphy fans and major calligraphic organizations, a non-governmental organization newly-derived for exchange of calligraphic cultures and arts, an exchange platform for exporting Chinese calligraphy and painting arts, talents and works to other countries and introducing foreign advanced painting arts and talents to China.

China Artist Communion Association, guided by the important thoughts of the “Three Representatives”, devotes itself to promote a more harmonious society and orients its tasks on carrying forward traditional Chinese culture and strengthening international cultural and arts exchanges.

The Association insists on “focusing on people” for the purpose of putting up a bridge with culture to connect friends through arts, advocates “all flowers in bloom and contention of all schools of thought”, maintains vigorously the diversity and compatibility of the industry of calligraphic culture. The Association will unite Artists, calligraphic workers and calligraphy fans from all circles, meet the needs of the world and the future, strengthen international exchanges of calligraphic art, prosper Chinese cultural industry and calligraphic cause, activate cultural and arts markets, advance and improve the civil cultural attainment, as well as promote a more harmonious society.
