张福明（1965-），聊城师范学院哲学学士，南开大学经济学硕士，山东农业大学管理学博士，管理学院教授，劳动经济学硕士研究生导师。1988年本科毕业留校工作，2002年被破格评为教授。

参加工作后，依次在马列部、管理学院任教，为本科生和研究生开设以了《马克思主义政治经济学原理》、《政治经济学》、《西方经济学》、《新制度经济学》、《劳动经济学》、《就业理论与实践》等多门课程。2001年任管理学院副院长，分管科研、学科建设与研究生工作，为管理学院的专业与学科建设做出了贡献。

长期从事劳动经济问题研究，在《中国农村经济》、《改革》等学术刊物上发表论文40余篇；出版学术著作两部；主编教材一部，参编山东省统编教材一部；参与国家社科基金项目的研究一项，主持完成省部级科研项目的研究三项，参与完成省部级科研项目的研究四项。其中，两项研究成果获山东省优秀科研成果奖。另外，还曾经被评为聊城师范学院中青年学术骨干与学科带头人培养对象、跨世纪人才工程第三层次培养对象。
