释义 | 尤海鲁,生于1967年9月17日,山东省淄博市人。中国地质科学院地质研究所,博士,研究员。专业:古生物学及地层学 研究方向:古脊椎动物学 简历1985~1989年 华东师范大学大学地理系,地貌与第四纪地质专业,学士学位;1989~1992年 中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所,地层与古生物专业,硕士学位; 1996~2002年 宾西法尼亚大学地球与环境科学系,地层与古生物专业,博士学位。 1992~1996年,中国科学院古脊椎动物与古人类研究所,实习/助理研究员 2002~2004年,中国地质科学院地质研究所,博士后 2005~2006年(至今),中国地质科学院地质研究所,研究员 2006年荣获第五批国土资源部“创新人才工程”百人计划资助。 学术成就1. 中国西北早白垩世马鬃山恐龙组合及其古生物地理意义马鬃山地处甘肃西北戈壁荒漠之中。自1992年起,在此陆续进行了5个夏季的野外发掘工作。研究命名了三属新恐龙:马鬃龙,戈壁巨龙和黎明角龙。在全面总结马鬃山恐龙组合基础上,提出它代表了东亚早白垩世鹦鹉嘴龙恐龙动物群进化的一个新阶段。马鬃山恐龙组合的各分子都较辽西热河生物群中的相关分子进步。同时,根据对马鬃山新发现的角龙类和鸭嘴龙类恐龙系统发育关系的研究表明东亚是这两类恐龙的发源地。 2. 东亚特有早白垩世鹦鹉嘴龙恐龙动物群新发现 鹦鹉嘴龙类为东亚早白垩世所特有。研究了辽西义县组陆家屯层中的鹦鹉嘴龙类化石,根据其头骨特征确定为一幼年个体并代表鹦鹉嘴龙类一新属,红山龙。随后又研究了红山龙一成年个体头骨,发现许多与个体发育相关的特征变化,为进一步研究鹦鹉嘴龙类的系统发育关系提供了新了依据。 3. 新角龙类恐龙的起源和早期演化 新角龙类是白垩纪陆地生态系统中仅次于鸭嘴龙类的一类植食性恐龙,而基干新角龙类主要发现于亚洲的白垩纪。申请人对甘肃、内蒙古、辽西和北美发现的基干新角龙类做了较系统的研究。在分支系统学分析基础之上,发现北美已知新角龙类自成一单系类群,是亚洲原角龙科的姊妹群,而它们的共同祖先则在亚洲的早白垩世。这一发现也对新角龙类的古地理迁徙做出了最简约的解释,即它们起源于亚洲,而其中一支迁徙到北美后再也没有返回。 4. 鸭嘴龙类恐龙的起源和早期演化 恐龙包括鸟臀类和蜥臀类两大类。鸟臀类恐龙又包括了剑龙、甲龙、肿头龙、角龙和鸭嘴龙等类群。而鸭嘴龙是其中最为繁盛的一支,是晚白垩世陆地生态系统中最主要的植食者。对它的起源和早期进化的研究一直是恐龙研究中的热点。主要基于对发现于中国西北马鬃山和兰州盆地新材料的研究,并结合对全球主要代表分子的对比,通过分支系统学分析发现早期鸭嘴龙及其近亲主要发现于东亚。因此,鸭嘴龙类恐龙很可能起源于东亚的白垩纪。 5. 今鸟类的起源和早期演化 最早的鸟类发现于晚侏罗世,而其第一次辐射发生在早白垩世。这时的鸟以反鸟类为主,已被发现于我国辽西热河生物群中的大量化石所证明。而今鸟类(包括现生鸟类)也起源于白垩纪,但其化石材料较反鸟类极为稀少。因此,对今鸟类的起源和早期演化的研究是当今国际科学界一直关注的重大科学问题之一。 2006年6月16日,美国《科学》杂志发表题为《中国西北早白垩世两栖型今鸟类化石》的文章,是这一研究领域中取得的一次重大进展。通过对近两年来发现于我国甘肃省酒泉地区昌马盆地早白垩世地层中保存的大量精美甘肃鸟化石的研究发现:1)甘肃鸟是已知最早的今鸟类化石;2)以甘肃鸟为主的鸟化石群是已知最早的今鸟类主导的鸟化石群;3)现生鸟类很可能起源于水栖生境。2006年6月16日,美国《科学》杂志发表了这一成果。 学术文章2006 39) You, H.-L., M.
