男，徐晋涛，1963年5月生，祖籍山西。农村政策学家，中国科学院农业政策研究中心副主任。

经历

1980~1984年在吉林工业大学管理工程系学习，获工学学士学位，1986年毕业于北京林业大学林业经济研究生班，1988年获得北京林业大学林业经济学硕士学位，1994~1999年在美国佛吉尼亚理工大学自然资源学院学习，先后获得经济学硕士和自然资源经济学博士学位。1987年-1994年，中国林业科学研究院林业经济研究所，实习研究员、助理研究员。曾在北京大学中国经济研究中心、瑞典哥德堡大学做客座研究员。1999年-2000年任中国农业科学研究院农业政策研究中心副研究员、副主任，2002年9月-11月，瑞典歌德堡大学经济系，访问研究员。2000年至2006年任中国科学院地理科学与自然资源研究所知识创新基地任副研究员、研究员，中国科学院农业政策研究中心任副主任。2006年3月至今任北京大学环境科学与工程学院教授。
