西门子工业透平机械（葫芦岛）有限公司（SITHCo.）是西门子（中国）有限公司与锦西化工机械（集团）有限公司（JCMG）合资并由西门子控股的公司，拥有员工280名，占地11万多平方米。公司于2005年7月5日正式成立，经过5年多的运营，SITHCo.已具备了一流的加工设备及现代化管理能力。

SITHCo.拥有生产制造压缩机及驱动汽轮机的能力，因此在节省整机配套时间的同时也给用户带来便利，除加工制造整机，也为包括使用西门子技术生产的透平设备及其他厂商的透平设备提供备件及全方位的一流服务。

SITHCo.的成立创造了中国离心式压缩机和工业汽轮机制造领域中的强者，它将德国的先进技术与本土制造实力集一体，满足了中国市场对工业透平机械的需求，并充分改善了西门子公司在国内压缩机及汽轮机行业的服务质量和速度，满足用户使用西门子设备的同时降低运行成本的需求。

Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery (Huludao) Co. Ltd (SITHCo.) is a joint venture company of Jinxi Chemical Machinery Group Co., Ltd (JCMG) and Siemens Ltd., Chinawhich holds the majority., which takes over 110,000 M² currently. SITHCo. was officially established on July 5, 2005, it has developed the first class machinery and modern management after 5 years operation.

SITHCo. can product both process compressors and driven steam turbines in China, which saves time for machine assembly from customers convenience. Besides processing and manufacturing, SITHCo. could also provide spare parts and all-rounded service package for all tubomechinary customers.

Confounded by Siemens and JCMG, SITHCo. becomes the most strongest in the manufacture of centrifuge compression and industrial steam turbines in China. It combines the advanced technologies of Siemens with local manufacturing capability to meet the desires of industrial turbomachinery in China, and well improves the business quality and efficiency of Siemens process compressors and steam turbines in China, makes the lowest operational costs possible for customers by using Siemens products.
