男，教授、甘肃省甘谷县西魏家村人，西北师范大学博士生导师，1984—1988年就读于西北师范大学化学系，获学士学位，1991年获中科院兰州化物所硕士学位，2003年在上海高校及中科院机构的研究所进行交流学习。

研究领域和兴趣

多年来一直从事相转移催化有机合成反应以及超分子化学研究工作。现为甘肃省高校跨世纪学术带头人，甘肃省“333”人才工程第一、二层次人选。已获甘肃省科技进步三等奖一项（2005），甘肃省高校科技进步二等奖3项（1994，1998，2006），三等奖2项，连续四届西北师大“双骨干”津贴获得者。发表学术论文100多篇，其中SCIE论文60余篇。作为课题负责人承担并完成甘肃省自然科学基金项目2项，兰州市科委攻关项目1项。本人10余年来主要面向农业，采用相转移催化、微波辐射、无溶剂合成等机合成新技术，通过设计和合成具有研制和开发能使农作物增产的高效低毒的生物活性化合物，以期为农业生成服务。其中，新型植物生长调节剂——AOE1已转让，产品投放市场。截至2006年，共主持省级科研项目6项，参与国家自然科学基金项目3项。
