万利达铸造，全称为保定万利达铸造有限公司，系与香港万利达国际发展有限公司合资创办的企业，公司坐落在河北省易县，与京广、津保高速相邻，地理位置优越，交通便利，矿产、水电等生产资源丰富，占地36000平方米，主要生产各种规格的球墨铸铁、灰铁铸件。

保定万利达铸造有限责任公司

保定万利达铸造有限责任公司是完全采用冷硬呋喃树脂砂工艺进行铸钢件生产的专业化铸造企业，现有16余年的生产历史，年产值七千万元。现有员工230人，工程技术人员51人，其中高级工程师8人，工程师15人。年设计生产能力：15,000吨，单件铸件最大净重5吨。拥有三条自动造型生产线和一个手工造型工部，主要工艺设备由日本进口；拥有微机自动控制的1吨电炉两台；10吨抛喷丸联合清理室4台;万利达集团所属经中国实验室国家认可委员会和国家技术监督局认可的国家金属材料理化检验测试中心，负责对铸件提供可靠的理化分析MT、UT等检测，为生产高品质的铸件提供了保证。

生产铸件的主要材质有：HT150－－300 和 QT400－－600等。

生产的主要产品有：减速机箱体及外壳配件、曳引机箱体、各种调节阀体、阀门配件、各种泵体、工业用电机外壳等在国内同行业中处于领先水平；产品涉及矿山机械、电站设备、化工、冶金、船舶等机械制造领域。

2004年取得并至今持有中国ISO9001：2000质量体系认证证书；2007年取得德国莱茵ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证证书。铸件可根据客户要求分别达到德国、美国、日本等国家铸件的相关标准。

Wanlida Foundry Company

Wanlida Foundry Company is a specialized casting enterprises which manufactures castings by fully adopting technology of resin , with over 16-year manufacturing history, annual output value of RMB 7,000,000 yuan and 230 employees, 51 engineering technicians, among which there are 8 senior engineers, and 15 engineers. Its annual planed production capacity is 15,000-ton castings and 5-ton maximum net weight one piece casting with three production lines of automatic moulding and one manual moulding departments. Its major processing facilities are imported from Japan and possession of two computer automatically-controlled 1-ton electric arc furnace, and four 10-ton blasting united cabinet. The national metallic material physical and chemical inspection testing center affiliated to Wanlida Group is recognized by China Laboratory National Recognition Commission and National Technology Supervision Bureau and is responsible for providing reliable physical analysis, tests such as MT, UT which guarantees the production of high-quality castings.

The main material for manufacturing castings are:HT50--300 and QT400--600.
