Dr. Grace Pan – Chief Strategy Officer Prior to joining SinoTech, Dr. Pan was Head of Travel & Leisure Research of Nielsen China for over 3 years.She is a well-recognized expert on the China tourism industry encompassing travel, hospitality, entertainment, events, media, retail and finance. Previously, Dr. Pan had nine years’ experience in China outbound travel research, leading major projects in conjunction with numerous business partners. She is widely referenced and published, and has been featured as a keynote speaker at many Asia-Pacific tourism industry conferences. Ms. Zou was also previously with the strategy practice of Accenture in Los Angeles, she was leading a number of client projects in the finance and telecom sectors. Ms Zou holds an MBA degree from the University of Cambridge in the UK. Ellen Tien –Vice President, Consulting Services Ms. Tien is responsible for Agency Partner Management. Ms. Tien is a seasoned media executive who has worked for the past 15 years in PR, Media and Internet.
