角色介绍及故事大纲

在瑞士苏黎士以陶土制作的企鹅家族，是以PINGU为主轴的一些有关家庭及学校的小故事，有爸爸、妈妈、妹妹〈PINGA〉、好朋友〈小海豹ROBBY〉及女朋友〈PINGI〉，他们在整个企鹅、鹅家族的故事中，扮演着举足轻重的角色。

PINGU：个性开朗活泼、爱恶作剧、直肠子、精力旺盛、好动，但作为一个哥哥，因为有这样的性格，让爸妈觉得不可靠。

PINGA：PINGU的妹妹，当她还在蛋壳里时，PINGU很认真地守候着她，所以即使兄妹常常吵架，他们俩的感情还是很好。

PAPA：爸爸的工作是邮差，他很辛勤的工作，也是一个全心全意爱家的好父亲，而且他常常赞赏PINGU帮他送信。

MAMAN：非常和蔼可亲的母亲，自从妹妹出生之后，就比较偏重照顾妹妹，所以PINGU感到忌妒、寂寞。

ROBBY：和PINGU感情很好的一只海豹，也是他最好的朋友。
