这是一首由卡朋特兄妹创作并演唱的歌Carpenters的第五张专辑，发行于1973年5月9日，也是最经典的一张，里面包括Yesterday Once More，Sing等名曲。

这是1991年法国著名导演让雅克阿诺的电影《情人》的主题曲：是卡伦·卡本特演唱的《化妆舞会》。

原著：玛格丽特·杜拉斯。导演以电影语言生动诠释了这段大胆、炽热却又抑郁，无奈的叛逆恋情。这部影片由有欧亚血统的简·玛什和梁家辉主演。

“我已经老了。有一天，在一处公共场所的大厅里，有一个男人向我走来，他主动介绍自己，他对我说：我认识你，我永远记得你。那时候，你还很年轻，人人都说你很美，现在，我是特地来告诉你，对我来说，我觉得你比年轻时还要美，那时你是年轻女人，与你年轻时相比，我更爱你现在备受摧残的容貌。”这是法国女作家玛格丽特·杜拉斯在小说《情人》中写的一段话。那是一个让人震惊的故事，13岁的法国少女和三十多岁的中国男人发生在越南的爱情故事。玛格丽特·杜拉斯以小说《情人》（L’Amant）获得1984年龚古尔文学奖。在此之前的一年，就销售了420万册，翻成42国语言。由影帝梁家辉主演的《情人》更是让无数的影迷们叹为观止。在离开她的中国情人54年后的一天，她的中国情人已去世了12年。她写他的恐惧消失了。文字泉涌而至，她必须快快地写，以便在它消失前写出来，文字自己来到。“《情人》是一本野蛮的书，它带来所有它遇见的东西，毫无区分，几乎无选择地迸出。”
