莫登奎,讲师,硕士,中国遥感协会会员、地理信息科学华人国际协会(CPGIS)会员,International Society for Environmental Information Sciences(ISEIS Members),曾经作为《International Journal of Remote Sensing 》Peer Reviewer。主要从事林业遥感、地理信息系统、专业英语的教学和科研工作,具备一定的算法设计与程序开发能力。2012主持国家自然科学基金1项:《基于遥感影像的森林资源智能区划关键技术研究(编号31100412)》,并作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金、863课题、行业公益性项目等多项国家级课题研究;2008年两次作为外聘专家参与中欧天然林管理项目(EU-China Natural Forest Management Project);发表科研论文10余篇,SCI、EI、ISTP收录9篇;自主开发软件3项:《遥感影像分析系统软件V2.0》(登记号:2007SR17232),《林分角规点抽样仿真与评价系统》(登记号:2011SR104060)、《林分空间结构参数快速计算系统》(登记号:2012SR001800)获得国家软件著作权登记;《中高分辨率遥感影像分割与信息提取研究》获得湖南省2008年优秀硕士论文,《基于均值漂移的高分辨率影像多尺度分割》获得湖南省第十二届自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖。
