主要经历及成果

武汉大学物理系硕士研究生毕业,中国科学院半导体研究所博士研究生毕业。95、97、99年三次获得武汉大学优秀青年教师、优秀导师奖。在国内外刊物发表文章20多篇,申请专利一项,获得2001年武汉市科技进步一等奖一次。

曾主要参加:国家自然科学基金面上项目:“量子点子带间跃迁红外激光器材料和器件研究”,“GaN的离化团束制备及离子注入研究”;《国家重点基础研究发展规划》(973)项目:“信息功能材料相关基础问题”的03课题“应变自组装量子线、量子点材料”;《国家高技术研究发展计划》(863)项目:项目名称:“光泵浦、光通信用自组装量子点激光器”,国家自然科学基金重大项目“半导体纳米材料的可控、有序生长”等项目。
