1964年2月生，男，河南南乐人，工学硕士，注册化工工程师，教授级高级工程师。现任惠生工程（中国）有限公司教授级高级工艺工程师、工艺技术副总监、技术审定人，上海市工程师学会会员，上海市石油学会会员，中国石油和化工勘察设计协会技术专家。1982年9月考入河南师范大学化学系，1986年7月毕业，获理学学士学位，被分配到濮阳师范学校任教，任助理讲师。1988年9月考入华东化工学院（现华东理工大学）有机化工专业（石油加工），师从设计大师陈俊武院士，并得到翁惠新教授等人的悉心指导，1991年7月毕业，获工学硕士学位，被分配到中国石化洛阳石油化工工程公司做工艺设计。1992年1月被评为助理工程师，1994年12月被评为工程师。1995年1月主持了镇海炼油化工股份有限公司400kt/a芳烃抽提装置的工程设计，为装置负责人。该项目是当时国内规模最大的芳烃抽提装置。于1997年1月投产，产品质量达到或超过国家优级品标准及国际标准，部分产品已销往国际市场，受到用户的好评。2008年3月获得该公司优秀工程设计一等奖，8月获得中国石化集团公司三等奖。1995年7月被选入洛阳中青年科技人才库，1997年10月加入河南省石油学会。1998年6月被《当代中国科学家与发明家大辞典》收录，12月被《世界文化名人辞海》收录，并获得世界文化名人金像奖评委会、中国国际名人院评审委员会、中国国际名人协会评审委员会和北京市名人文化研究中心联合授予的世界文化名人成就奖。1999年10月被《中国专家人才库》收录，11月被评为高级工程师。2000年被《中国当代科技专家大典》收录。2001年8月到德希尼布天辰化学工程有限公司工作，任高级工艺工程师，学到了国际工程公司先进的工作流程和文件管理体系。2006年4月到上海工程化学设计院有限公司工作，任高级工艺工程师、副总工程师、专家委员会技术委员会委员，主要负责技术审定、技术评审、对外技术交流等，2006年9月通过全国注册化工工程师的考试，取得相应执业资格，2007年9月加入上海市工程师学会，2008年4月入选中国石油和化工勘察设计协会技术专家。2010年4月到惠生工程（中国）有限公司工作，任高级工艺工程师，6月和炼油技术总监陈兆然先生一起申请成立炼油工程设计筹备组，12月通过教授级高级工程师的资格评审，并入选惠生工程（中国）有限公司专家库，2011年1月获得惠生工程（中国）有限公司质量、健康、安全、环境综合管理体系（QHSE）内审员资格，并完成注册化工工程师的初次注册，获得相应的执业证书和印章，4月获得技术审定人资格，6月任设计中心技术核心组炼油组长，9月加入上海市石油学会，12月任工艺技术副总监，参与公司技术评审、标准修订、招聘面试及命题、内部培训、外部交流、设计质量审查等。自从1991年参加过一百多个石油化工项目的工程设计，涉及催化重整、芳烃抽提、汽油加氢、PX（对二甲苯）、合成气、山梨醇、双氧水、偏二氯乙烯、丙烯酸及酯、二甲醚、环氧乙烷、聚氯乙烯、烧碱、粗苯加氢、煤焦油加氢、苯胺、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯（MDI）等项目，担任工艺专业负责人、技术审核人、技术审定人、项目经理等，多数已经顺利投产，为企业赢得良好的经济效益和社会效益，经常受到业主和同行专家的好评。这些项目的业主有中国石化、中国石油、巴斯夫、拜耳、欧莱雅、德斯达、阿科玛、诺贝尔等。申请国家发明专利一项《ZL99101697：一种芳烃抽提工艺》，2004年获得国家知识产权局授权。发表论文30余篇，主要发表在《石油化工安全技术》、《石油化工腐蚀与防护》、《石油化工设计》、《炼油设计》、《催化重整通讯》、《乙烯工业》、《石油化工环境保护》、《化工科技市场》、《炼油技术与工程》、《煤化工》、《能源技术》、《化工催化剂及甲醇技术》等十余种期刊。其中《如何提高芳烃抽提装置的产品质量》于1998年3月入编《最新科技成果信息评价》，并获得中国华城信息网络科技信息研究中心授予的科技成果二等奖，于1998年9月25日被收入《当代领导者管理艺术丛书》，并被该书编委授予优秀论文二等奖；于1998年12月收入《跨世纪的中国石油天然气产业》一书。《芳烃抽提装置中筛板抽提塔的工艺设计》于1997年11月3日被美国《化学文摘》摘录，并于1998年12月被收入《跨世纪的中国石油天然气产业》，1999年4月被收入《世界学术文库》。《降低芳烃抽提装置能耗的探讨》于2000年10月28日在北京第四届中国现代精英文库代表作大会上，被北京精英文化发展中心授予优秀论文一等奖。2010年10月被《精细石油化工》编辑部聘为特邀编委，2011年2月被《当代化工》编辑部聘为特约编委。1999年5月在江西九江出席全国催化重整年会；2006年9月在上海出席12届中国化工国际研讨会；2007年6月在浙江杭州出席第二届全国塔器技术研讨会，11月在广东广州参加石油化工优秀设计评选；2008年3月在陕西西安出席17届甲醇技术年会；2009年3月在河南洛阳出席18届甲醇技术年会，6月在浙江杭州出席中国工程咨询协会化工6次年会，9月出席上海市科协第七届学术年会，10月出席金融危机下的上海城市竞争力院士论坛，11月出席上海清洁能源发展论坛；2010年8月在江苏南京出席第二届化工催化加氢新技术应用交流会，9月出席上海市科协第八届学术年会；2011年5月在天津出席亚洲石化科技大会，8月在吉林长春出席全国催化重整与芳烃抽提年会，9月出席上海市科协第九届学术年会，10月出席上海市石油学会第九次会员代表大会和浦东院士专家报告会。自从2009年至今参加过华东理工大学10名硕士研究生的论文答辩或者论文评审，其中工程硕士3名。擅长解决石油化工工艺及工程方面的实际问题。
