一、基本情况

鲁世平，男，1962年10月出生，数计学院教授、博士、硕士生导师。1993.7—1996.7在安徽大学攻读硕士学位. 1996.7—2001.3安徽师范大学数计学院任教, 并于2000.7破格晋升副教授. 2001.3—2004.2在职攻读北京理工大学博士学位。2004.3获博士学位，毕业回校工作，2004.10破格晋升教授。

发表学术论文 40 余篇，代表性论文有：《论国际统一实体法的渐进性与不平衡性》（该文为权威学术性文摘《中国社会科学文摘》 2006 年第 5 期全文转载）、《 20 世纪末国际私法法律价值实现考察》；专著有：《私法统一化之法哲学研究》（商务印书馆 2009 年版）、《电子商务法总论》（陕西科学技术出版社 2008 年版）；主持 2009 年度教育部人文社会科学研究基金项目《 CSR 的国际立法走向及对中国的启示》（项目批准号： 09XJC820021 ），同时主持其他级别基金项目数项。
