《作家文摘》编审

锡伯族。辽宁辽阳人。1965年参加工作，历任黑龙江生产建设兵团农工，北京崇文区体委干部，人民体育出版社编辑、编辑室副主任、副编审，《新体育》杂志编辑部副主任，作家出版社策划部副主任，《作家文摘》报常务副总编，编审。1972年开始发表作品。1990年加入中国作家协会。著有作品集《乡恋》、《白毛》，话剧剧本《全是北京人》(已公演)，另外发表小说、散文、报告文学数十篇。

人物简介

刘进元，男，中共党员，深圳大学光电工程学院研究员，博士生导师。1982年至1986年在大连理工大学应用物理系学习，获理学学士学位；1989年至1993年在西安光学精密机械研究所学习，获工学硕士学位。1986年至2004年在西安光机所工作，1989年10月至1990年4月在英国Delli Delti LTD.进修，1996年1月至8月在加拿大Technical University of Nova Scotia 进修，2000年11月至2001年6月在美国University of Michigan 做访问学者，2001年6月至2003年11月在美国Argonne National Lab. 做访问学者。2004年12月调入深圳大学光电子学研究所。

主要研究方向是高时间、空间分辨诊断技术与器件、超快电子学技术和精密同步技术研究。近年来，作为项目负责人主持并完成了3项国家863项目研究，1项中国科学院重点基金项目、1项陕西省自然科学基金项目、1项高温高密度等离子体国防科技重点实验室预研项目和多向横向委托课题的研究。曾获中国科学院科技进步二等奖1项，陕西省科技进步二等奖1项；发表研究论文30余篇。

学术荣誉

1998年获中国科学院科技进步二等奖（四通道MCP选通X射线皮秒分幅相机，排名第二），并获国家经贸委颁发的国家级新产品证书。

1995年获陕西省科技进步二等奖（微通道板选通X射线皮秒分幅技术，排名第四）。

2001年获国务院颁发的政府特殊津贴。
