| 释义 | My writing My writing Midautumn day As we know, Midautuma day comes from a beautiful myth about a female fairy called Chang’e and the mooncake is the symbol of this festival. I like autumn for its cool, for its harvest, for its attractive scenery and so on. Spring’s raining, summer’s torridity and winder’s cold are all made me uncomfortable, while in fall days, promenading in the paths of Shongtai square, breathing the clean air, looking the blue sky, so enjoyable life. So many imaginations are drawn by the autumn, and so much passion is given by the autumn, and so much sorrow is brought by the autumn, and so many expectations are accorded by the autumn. What abundances our life, obviously, is the unique autumn. Reunion is another implication of Midautumn day. That’s the very thing Chinese are preserving as our old tradition. In my hometown, it is prevailing to giving mooncakes as the present for family, especially the daughters who had married for their mothers, which is holding for several centuries. Yesterday, I went along with my parents to see my grandparents. Of course, there were other persons, such as my uncles, my aunts and my sisters, brothers. A small family banquet filled with welfare. Nowadays, people are much busier than before which in order to decrease the staying time of family members, relatives. So it becomes more valued about the opportunity of Midautumn day. |
