| 释义 | Attitude towards work 2[4—5] In paragraph four, the author said that “today’s works want to be a valued part of the whole.” But what is standing for ‘whole’? Does it stand for the work environments? Or the teem numbers? Or else. I can not give the correct answers. Maybe we can guess. Reviewing the past text then viewing the next paragraph, because it is an effective approach to finding the key to the question. In my opinion, there are three possible answers. First of all, it may be the corporate strategy. Company always does some decisions which are plans or actions from strategy or intended to accomplish specific goals. Secondly, it may be the team—working, as we are one of social numbers. We are eager to get an impact between them. Thirdly, it maybe stands for the organization. And there are tow[two] words that I can not find the fitted [proper]meaning. One is “enthusiastically”. So I looked it up in the on line dictionary. It says “with enthusiasm; in an enthusiastic manner;” as they discussed the question enthusiastically. Another word is “individual”, although I get the word’s literal meaning, I still don’t know how to explain them. For examples, or individual consciousness, individual work, an individual way of dressing. I guess it should be a single human considered apart from a society or community in this paragraph. |
