In paragraph 9, more and more companies pay attention to the employees’ potentiality. They use many ways in order to prove the employees’ motivation and productivity. I think their action is [actions are] right and sensible. I believe this will give more profits to them. When I read this paragraph, I feel puzzled. There are many sentences and words confuse [confusing] me. I can’t understand them and surpass these balks. |
