[Along]With the development of society, people pay more attention to the quality of life. They need a job to earn their lives. However, they struggle to balance the requirements of their job and lives. The author gives us an example. There is a company which offers an opportunity to the staffs that they can try a new job without losing their current position. And if they like the new jobs, they can change jobs. In my opinion, this idea is acceptable. The company considers the staffs’ situation and also can improve their performance. Employees can work more hardly [hard]and positively. So many other companies can adopt this suggestion. I hope I will work in those kinds of company [companies]in the future. |
