However, I can’t understand clearly why the author wrote again (because I have never looked through the whole passage). Something puzzles me that it seems no sentence of main meaning was put in the beginning or ending in this paragraph. Therefore, what would the writer like to tell us? In contrast, the first sentence of next paragraph gives apparently us the main idea. An example of Compaq computers is set here. Is it famous company, or does it just be mentioned as a general corporate of low turnover rate? I can’t get it through the text that appeared in front of or behind this sentence. While in term of lots of experience of reading book, I am sure that it’s a famous corporation. Then in the middle of this part, “constant push” stopped me. Thanks to the explanation, now I learn it push here means pressure which have displayed in the end of the same sentence. So by my guess, constant here stands for appropriate. What I’m interested in are three words, create, perform and reward. These not only vivid describe the process of how to get benefit, but hint certainty period of time. Is it right? |
