| 释义 | In the paragraph one to three, the writer show us what environment that workers want to work in. Companies should make work more meaningful by changing attitudes and conditions. When I read these paragraphs, some things puzzled me. What is authoritarian and dehumanizing environment mean? I find it in Dictionary, "authoritarian" means demanding total obedience and refusing to allow people freedom to act as they wish; "dehumanize" means to remove from a person the special human qualities of independent thought, feeling for other people. So an authoritarian and dehumanizing environment is an environment that there is no human right for workers. I also find the meaning of "manner", it means: 1 .the way in which something is done; 2. the usual way in which you behave towards other people, or the way you behave on a particular occasion; 3.a type. I think it means a type is the best. I agree with the writer's opinion of the last stance in paragraph three. Usually, people will stand confidence when they get success after their hard work. They will do their job more Aggressively. But if they fall,it is complately Contrary. So, set a accepited standard or goal is very import! |
