The writer’s opinion may be(maybe,建议放在这句前) means the employees could request a new job in their own company. But it is still hard to Practice, beacause in a efficiency company, everyone has their own job. It will get Confusion if employees can chang their job At random. So how to deal with this problem is still confused me. There are some new words Impeded me. “establish” means: to cause to be accepted in or familiar with a place, position. “Temporarily” means: not lasting or needed for very long. “Daycare” I can not find this word in Dictionary. In mine opinion it means the company will take care of your things in daytime |
